A. Personal Profile Data

To calculate your energy expenditure metrics (like BMR and TDEE) and provide personalized nutrition targets, we collect the following personal metrics:

Age (Must be between 13 and 120)
Biological Sex (Male / Female)
Height (in centimeters)
Weight (in kilograms)
Physical Activity Level
Fitness and Weight Goals

B. Fitness and Nutrition Logs

We collect and store your daily progress and tracking logs, including:

Daily calorie consumption
Daily macronutrient logs (Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fats)
User notes and daily reflections related to your logs
BMR, TDEE, and Target Calories/Macros calculations

C. Authentication and Account Data

We utilize third-party authentication services to secure your account. Depending on your choice of sign-in method, we may receive:

Your email address
Your name, profile picture, and Google ID (if you sign in using Google Sign-In)

D. Device Information

We may collect minor non-personally identifying device details such as your device model, operating system version, and system language settings to ensure proper rendering and application performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

To create and maintain your personal user account.
To calculate your health metrics (Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE)) to provide personalized calorie and macronutrient targets.
To store and display your daily food, calorie, and macro logs.
To synchronize your data securely across devices using our cloud database.
To debug and resolve application errors to improve user experience.

We do NOT sell, lease, or rent your personal, health, or fitness data to third parties. We do NOT share your data with third-party advertisers.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Transmission

The App integrates third-party services that collect, store, and process your data to function. These services are:

A. Supabase (Database and Auth Backend)

All your profile data, account credentials, and daily nutrition logs are stored securely on databases hosted by Supabase.

B. Google Sign-In

If you choose to log in using Google, the authentication process is managed by Google APIs. Google shares authentication tokens, your email, and your basic profile info with our Supabase auth backend.

4. Security of Your Data

We employ industry-standard Row Level Security (RLS) policies through Supabase to ensure that your profile data, daily targets, and daily logs are strictly private and can only be accessed, updated, or deleted by you (the authenticated account holder). While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Rights

We retain your data for as long as you maintain an account in the App.

Your Rights:

Access and Portability: You can view all your stored metrics and logs directly inside the App.
Correction: You can update your profile metrics and daily logs at any time.
Account Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. If you choose to delete your account, your profile, authentication records, targets, and logs will be permanently deleted from our databases.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately from our servers.
